Cavalo won the prize for best stand

15 Latitude galleries took part in the 37th edition of ARCOmadrid, from February 21 to 25. Altogether, 208 galleries from 29 countries have participated in the fair.

Anita Schwartz Galeria de Arte, Athena Contemporânea, Baró Galeria, Casa Triângulo, Dan Galeria, Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel, Galeria Jaqueline Martins, Galeria Luisa Strina, Galeria Marilia Razuk, Galeria Raquel Arnaud,Luciana Brito Galeria and Vermelho were in the General Programme of the fair.

A Gentil Carioca, with works by OPAVIVARÁ, and Nara Roesler, with works by Eduardo Navarro, took part, along with 18 others international galleries, in the special exhibition as part of the main concept of 2018’s edition: What is going to happen is not “the future”, but what we are going to do, curated by Chuz Martinez, Rosa Lleó and Elise Lammer.

Cavalo (Rio de Janeiro) won the prize for best stand in the section of new galleries, “Opening”, curated by Stefanie Hessler and Ilaria Gianni. With works by Marina Weffort and Pablo Pijnappel, the gallery was chosen from 19 international exhibitors.
